(Black. Then fade in with the CPW logo on the screen. That's when "Pain" by Three Days Grace takes us into the opening video package for CPW Canadian Chaos. After a few shots of Adam Knite, Zelda Knite, Josh Stevens and Davey Ortega, we go to a packed house in the Scotiabank Saddledome where fans are on their feet. There's a pyro and it goes off.
Once again, We go down to Scotty Mason and Dave Stevens to call the action.)
Scotty Mason: Hello everyone and Welcome to CPW Canadian Chaos! We are live here in Calgary, and tonight, 4 Major title matches, and Gib returns to the ring, Officially!
Dave Stevens That's right, tonight is going to be a huge night, and we've got a lot of personal grudges that will be decided as well as championships.
Scotty Mason: Well said, And we can confirm, from our sources, that this time, Gib IS here, and IN the building.
Dave Stevens But oddly, "Wild" Bill Sullivan has not been seen since Our last show...
Scotty Mason: We'll have to see how that unfolds.
Dave Stevens Well, we're going to right now.
(The song "I Wanna Rock" starts to play from behind the curtain comes Gib, pumping his fist to the music, his bicep flexing and relaxing to the music. He runs half way down the aisle before stopping to slap the hands of his fans, he switches sides running around the entire outside of the ring before sliding under the ropes and climbing the turnbuckle, posturing for the crowd...)
Scotty Mason: Listen to this crowd, they love Gib.
Dave Stevens The man is a legend. But I think it's more or less because he's actually here.
Scotty Mason: That could be.
("Shout at the Devil" by Mötley Crüe begins on the PA system, and the fans rise to their feet. The song continues to play, but there's no "Wild" Bill.)
Scotty Mason: Oh no...
Dave Stevens Is Wild Bill not here? Is that just a role reversal from last time?
(After a moment, the music is shut off. Then starts again, and after a short period, shuts off again with no sign of Wild Bill. Gib throws his hands up in confusion, not understanding what's going on. Finally "Push it to the Limit" plays and Mr. Reagan soon parts the curtain, with a huge smile on his face.
Mr. Reagan: Greetings Canada!
( Cheap pop.)
Mr. Reagan: Gib, I have good news and I have bad news.
( Mr. Reagan clears his throat and continues.)
Mr. Reagan: The bad news is, well, due to a past "incident" in Canada, "Wild" Bill Sullivan is not here tonight.
( Boos.)
Mr. Reagan: Apparently, the Canadian Mounted police do not take too kindly to what he did. Now, that's the bad news. The good news...
(Dramatic pause.)
Mr. Reagan: A winner is you! err...I mean, you win the match, as a result of a submission!
(Confused boos.)
Scotty Mason: Wait, what?
Dave Stevens How did Gib win by submission?
Mr. Reagan: You see, I was on the phone, trying desperately to get Wild Bill out of this little situation. And he told me in his own words "I give up."
( More confusion.)
Mr. Reagan: He may have actually have said something after that about trying to fight the law, but I clearly heard him, verbalize a submission! So therefore, the winner of this match, as a result of a submission, Gib!
(More booing as "I Wanna Rock" starts up again, and Mr. Reagan gives Gib a big thumbs up before walking to the back. Gib looks annoyed as he puts his hands on his hips. The fans chant "Bull-shit" as Gib nods his agreement, but soon leaves the ring.)
Scotty Mason: Can you believe this nonsense?
Dave Stevens Well, that means Gib is 2-0 on CPW Pay-Per-View doesn't it?
Scotty Mason: I...guess that's what it means.
Dave Stevens Well, I guess he can't complain.
Scotty Mason: The fact of the matter is, this is the second time that this match has been advertised, then not happened.
Dave Stevens Mr. Reagan is a hell of a salesman though, he could probably make it work 3 times if he tried.
Scotty Mason: Oh lord, don't give him any ideas. Stay tuned folks, the CPW Television title match...is next.
(“Be Somebody” by Thousand Foot Krutch begins to blast across the speakers. As it does so two spotlights quickly hit the ramp and we are able to see the silhouette of a man standing behind the curtain. Todd Williams slowly backs up through the curtain backwards and extends his arms out into a crucifix. The fans begin to go nuts as he quickly turns around and grins at everyone in the audience. He slowly makes his way down to the ring, and he doesn’t seem to be alone as his manager and cousin Melody Williams walks out beside him. Todd grins as he claps the hand of some fans before sliding into the ring.)
Dave Stevens And these people are not in the corner of Todd Williams here tonight. How disrespectful.
Scotty Mason: Well, Canada is called bizzaro world for a reason.
Dave Stevens Because people for some reason cheer Canadians.
Scotty Mason: That's not what I meant.
("Do me a favor" by Stone sour hits as red and white lights flash on an off. Josh Stevens emerges wearing red tights with white trim, his long hair tied back in a pony tail. He makes he way down to the ring before taking his canadian themes jacket off. He unstraps his TV title and holds it aloft and the fans give his a massive pop!)
Scotty Mason: Listen to the ovation for the hometown hero.
Dave Stevens It's amazing, and sickening at the same time. This guy is despised in the U.S. But since we're in Canada, he gets cheered. What fickle fans.
Scotty Mason: Well, anyway, here we go.
(The bell sounds as the two men lock up. Josh quickly goes a go-behind on the smaller Todd, lifts him up, and drops him on his stomach with a amateur takedown. Josh smirks as the fans loudly cheer.)
Scotty Mason: I guess...round 1 goes to Josh Stevens.
Dave Stevens It was one move, but a great move.
Scotty Mason: It was just a takedown.
The two lock up again, and Josh backs Todd into the corner. Referee Marty Moore moves in to break it up, but Todd begins climbing the ropes, while still in the lock up. Todd then leaps off and takes Josh across the ring with an arm drag. Josh gets up and charges and gets another arm drag for his troubles. Todd charges, and Josh attempts a hip toss, but Todd rebounds off the ropes and hits ANOTHER arm drag. Josh stands, dizzy, and is met with a dropkick that takes him up over and onto the floor!
Scotty Mason: And now Todd has quickened the pace.
Dave Stevens It's early Scotty. Josh will rebound.
Scotty Mason: He's going to have to, to retain his title.
(Josh walks around the ring trying to collect himself. Josh thinks for a moment, but Todd launches himself over the rope with a plancha, but Josh catches him in mid-air! Josh throws Todd over his shoulder, and then delivers a shoulder breaker, using the apron! )
Dave Stevens Ouch.
Scotty Mason: What a move by Josh Stevens!
Dave Stevens Todd may be done after that.
Scotty Mason: You might be right.
(Josh rolls Todd back into the ring and covers 1....2..Todd kicks out. Todd crawls to the corner to create distance, but Josh is all over him, stomping him in the corner. Josh pulls Todd out of the corner, and wrenches him arm, causing Todd to flip to the canvas. Another cover 1...2..another kickout. Josh begins wrenching the arm and shoulder on the canvas, but Todd fights up and throws him elbows with his good shoulder, causing the break. Todd hits the ropes, but runs right into an elbow. Josh bends down to pick up Todd, but gets kicked in the head for his troubles. Staggered, Josh stumbles around back into Todd, who takes him off his feet with a kip-up hurricanrana! Todd gets up and charges Josh, and ducks a clothesline. Todd stops himself short, and nails Josh with an elbow, before boosting himself into the second rope. Todd flies off for a hurricanrana, but Josh overpowers him, and DRIVES Todd back-first into the corner with a turnbuckle powerbomb!)
Dave Stevens That did it!
Scotty Mason: Todd is taking a beating, and the fans love it here in Canada.
(Josh makes another cover 1...2..kickout. Angered, Josh pulls Todd's arm out and stomps on his shoulder. Todd yells in pain, and Josh does it again. After a third time, Josh locks in a shoulder lock. Todd fights to his feet, and kicks Josh in the quad to break the shoulder lock. Josh catches the foot of Todd, and throws it up in the air. The momentum causes Todd to do a flip, but he lands on his feet! Todd is amazed, but Josh is not as he levels Todd with a clothesline! Josh covers 1...2...3kickout!)
Dave Stevens He got him!
Scotty Mason: No! Todd somehow is still in this match!
( Josh can't believe it as he questions the count. He pulls up Todd, applies a hammerlock, then delivers a hammerlock back suplex. Josh gets a little cocky as he picks up Todd and whips him into the ropes, but on the rebound, Todd whips around and plants Josh with a tilt-a-whirl DDT! Todd covers 1....2..kickout. Todd and Josh both lay there for a few moments, Todd rolls to the apron to collect himself. Josh stands and charges, but Todd catches him with a kick to the head! Josh stumbles around and both into Todd who takes him down with a flying hurricanrana! Josh stumbles up and charges, but Todd ducks, and on the rebound, nails Josh with a handspring elbow! Todd gets up, full of momentum. Josh stands and Todd charges and rolls up Josh's torso, and takes him down with a facebuster! Todd covers 1....2...3kickout at the last moment!)
Dave Stevens Somehow, Todd Williams is in this thing, I can't believe it.
Scotty Mason: Josh Stevens title run is in jeopardy, right here in his hometown!
( Todd tries to get the crowd behind him, but they only boo. Todd begins stomping his foot, looking for the Sweet Dreams [Superkick] as Josh stands. Todd moves in, but Josh is able to side-step him. Josh again applies a hammerlock and throws Todd injured shoulder first, into the ring post! Todd stumbles back clutching him shoulder, walking into a waiting Josh Stevens and a Canadian Shock! [Future Shock DDT] The fans pop for the move, and Josh covers 1....2....3!)
Dave Stevens Yes! Josh did it!
Scotty Mason: Josh Stevens came through when it counted, no doubt about that.
Dave Stevens And listen to these fans!
Scotty Mason: They are on their feet!
(Indeed the fans are happy as Josh is handed the TV title and holds it up. The cheers are thunderous as Josh slowly exits the ring as Marty Moore checks on Todd who is holding his shoulder in pain.)
Scotty Mason: A fantastic match between two great athletes. Josh gets the win here, the first champion to retain his title.
Dave Stevens And could end up being the champion for a long time is he keeps this up.
Scotty Mason: Well, from one title match to another, Up next is the match for the CPW North American title!
(''Back in the Saddle Again'' hits the speakers as the fans have a mixed reaction. Davey Ortega comes from the back and stand on the entrance way looking to the ring, then eying both sides of the crowed. He walks down the ring with confidence, making his way up the stairs to the apron, he walks to the middle of the apron and turns to acknowledge the fans, raising his hand for a photo opportunity before he gets into the ring and waits.)
Scotty Mason: And here is the North American champion himself, Davey Ortega.
Dave Stevens You know Scotty, I like this guy. We have 3 champions in CPW I love. And this guy, maybe most of all.
Scotty Mason: Why is that?
Dave Stevens Because he's had to deal with a whiner like Kevin Allen.
Scotty Mason: Kevin Allen got screwed at Undisputed, Dave.
Dave Stevens That's life. But Kevin Allen won't shut up about it.
("Had Enough" blares over the PA and Kevin Allen parts the curtain and stands at the top of the stage as the fans cheer. He makes his way to the ring slapping some fans five along the way. He pauses at the base of the ramp and raises his arms before entering the ring.)
Scotty Mason: Well, the challenger looks determined tonight.
Dave Stevens He looks like he just gone finished crying.
Scotty Mason: He's focused.
Dave Stevens After all that moaning and groaning, he'd better be focused.
Scotty Mason: We'll just see what happens.
(Davey hands over the title as the bell rings. Tim DeAngelo shows the belt to Kevin and he hands it to the time keeper. The two lock-up and Ortega takes the arm and wrenches Allen to the canvas. Allen kips up and reverses into a hammerlock, and Ortega drops and hits a judo throw and goes into a side headlock. Allen rolls off the canvas and lifts Ortega up and drops him with a backdrop suplex! Ortega rolls away to the corner to collect himself. )
Scotty Mason: Once again, Ortega is trying to match Allen move for move.
Dave Stevens Shut up, Scotty. Ortega is just playing with him. He's going to humiliate Kevin Allen here tonight.
(Ortega slowly stands and the Ortega goes for a lock up, but Allen shoots and grabs a single leg, goes behind Ortega and uses another wrestling takedown. Ortega sits out, gets to his feet and takes the arm again of Allen. Wrenching down Ortega applies as much pressure as he can but Allen reverses into one of his own and it takes Ortega for a flip! Ortega again back away.)
Scotty Mason: Ortega is not going to win a wrestling match against Kevin Allen. I can promise you that.
Dave Stevens We'll just see.
(Ortega stands, and calls Allen in to test his luck again. Allen obliges, but Ortega quickly kicks him in the gut, and takes Allen down with an armbar. Ortega sits out of the move, wrenching for all he's worth. Allen is able to get up, and Ortega keeps the arm locked. Allen looks for an escape, then jumps, springs backwards off the ropes and takes Ortega over with an arm drag! Stunned, Ortega charges right into another arm drag. Allen applies an armbar and keeps it on, applying pressure. Ortega gets back to his feet, and counters into an arm drag of his own. Allen stands, and Ortega ducks a clothesline attempt. Trapping, Allen in a waistlock, Ortega tries for a release German suplex, but Allen lands on his feet! Angered, Ortega charges and Allen low-bridges him right over the top to the floor!)
Scotty Mason: Kevin Allen is at the top of his game tonight!
Dave Stevens Davey can handle this.
Scotty Mason: He's getting embarrassed right now.
Dave Stevens Only to the untrained eye Scotty.
(Ortega expresses his anger by slapping the apron after he gets up. He looks angry at himself and turns away. Allen walks over, but Ortega turns and grabs Allen's leg and pulls him out of the ring, causing Allen to splat on the floor. Ortega wastes no time picking up Allen and throwing him back into the ring. Ortega enters and covers 1....2..kickout. Ortega then rolls Allen onto his back, and grapevines his leg, and locks in a chinlock as well. Ortega begins to yell at Allen to give up, but Allen does not. Allen begins elbowing the leg of Ortega to cause the break of the grapevine. Allen gets his feet and elbows his way out. He whips Ortega into the corner and charges, but Ortega is long gone. Allen crashes chest first into the corner, and then gets waistlocked and nailed with a German suplex. Ortega covers 1....2..kickout. Ortega covers again, leaning his body weight in 1....2..kickout again.)
Scotty Mason: Allen is a world of trouble.
Dave Stevens What did I tell you Scotty? Ortega is a wrestling machine right now.
Scotty Mason: He's certainly in control.
(Ortega pulls Allen up and drives a stiff European uppercut into Allen's head that drops him. Ortega that reverts to stomping Allen for all he's worth, and then choking him with his boot. Tim DeAngelo counts and and Ortega breaks on four. Allen pulls himself up and walks into another stiff uppercut. Ortega follows that with a kick to the head, motioning for Allen to get up. Allen does, but Ortega kicks him in the gut and delivers a vertical suplex. Another cover 1...2...kickout. Ortega again leans his body weight into Allen for another cover 1...2..kickout. Ortega pulls Allen up to a sitting position, and locks in a body scissors. He squeezes for all he's worth, but Allen refuses to quit. Allen sits up again, and throws elbows to break the hold. Allen tries to whip Ortega into the corner, but Ortega reverses. Ortega charges, but this time, Allen moves out of the way, and Ortega charges into the corner chest first. Ortega stumbles back and walks into an Spinebuster! Both men lay on the mat!)
Scotty Mason: Kevin Allen is still in this. He's not going down without a fight.
Dave Stevens C'mon Davey, you gotta win this!
(Tim DeAngelo starts the count 1...2...3...4...5...6...7 both men are up. They begins exchanging punches, and Ortega stops it with a knee to the gut. He whips Allen into the ropes, but on the rebound, Allen ducks and rebounds again with a clothesline. Ortega gets up and gets another. He gets up again, same result. Allen then whips Ortega into the corner and charges, but gets caught by a back elbow. Ortega then charges, but Ortega takes him over with a Samoan drop! Cover 1...2...Ortega kicks out. Ortega gets up, and backs into the ropes, allowing Allen to whip him in again. Allen goes for a dropkick on the rebound but Ortega holds the ropes, and Allen crashes onto the back of his head. Ortega stands, ready.)
Dave Stevens Here it comes Scotty! This one is over.
Scotty Mason: It could be time for the Setting Sun!
Dave Stevens Davey will be in the showers in 10 minutes.
(Ortega stands waiting. Allen gets to his feet and Ortega charges, looking for the Setting Sun [Spear], Allen leapfrogs him, and Ortega stops short. He turns back to Allen, and Allen brings him down with the New Twist [Lebell Lock] out of nowhere!)
Scotty Mason: New Twist! He's got it locked in!
Dave Stevens Holy crap! No! Don't do it Davey! Don't tap!
(Ortega yells in pain as Allen scoots his body to the middle of the ring. Allen yells and pulls for all he's worth. )
Scotty Mason: He's gonna tap!
Dave Stevens No! Shut up! C'mon Davey get to the ropes!
(Slowly, Ortega tries crawling to the ropes. He inches closer.)
Dave Stevens He's almost there!
( A lunge, closer.)
Dave Stevens Yes!
(Ortega lunges again, but Allen jerks his body back, away from the ropes!)
Dave Stevens NO!
(Ortega with no recourse, taps out!)
Scotty Mason: We've got a new champion!
Dave Stevens NOOOOOOOO!
(Allen releases the hold as "Had Enough" begins on the PA. The fans cheers as Allen is handed the belt. He clutches it with his body and then holds it up for all to see!)
Scotty Mason: Kevin Allen becomes the CPW North American champion in what was a fantastic encounter!
Dave Stevens It's robbery it what it is! Davey Ortega was screwed.
Scotty Mason: He lost fair and square.
Dave Stevens I never saw Ortega give up, that was crap.
Scotty Mason: He tapped out.
Dave Stevens My monitor went out.
(Anyway, Allen stands and holds the belt up high before exiting the ring.)
Scotty Mason: Well folks, Up next, the triple threat elimination match between Roxi Johnson, Mercedes Vargas, and the current Siren's champion, Zelda Knite!
(Suddenly, the arena lights turn off and the crowd is hyped up for what was in store. As the opening of “Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me” by U2 blares across the PA system, the mood of the crowd changes instantly and the arena is under the subtle glowing of the lights. As the lyrics finally kick in, a figure emerges; the highlight of their attire is being under the illusion. Mercedes Vargas stops short of the entrance ramp, hands on waist, and overlooking the crowd.
Cheers, boos and catcalls soon greet her. Oblivious and yet satisfied with their reaction for several seconds, she flips her long hair, then makes her way to the ring. As she goes up the steps and walks to the end of the ring apron, she climbs to the turnbuckle, then turns her head back as the camera shows her determined expression-perhaps a message that her opponent will be in for a tough fight.)
Dave Stevens You know Scotty, I like this girl. She earned her shot, and now she's getting screwed in this match.
Scotty Mason: She lost to Roxi Johnson, Dave. Roxi earned her way into this match too.
Dave Stevens That's bogus, Mercedes won a tough match, and Roxi sneaks in the back door.
("Everyday Superhero" plays over the PA system. Once the lyrics begin, Roxi Johnson emerges from the backstage area, She pauses at the top of the entranceway, soaking in the atmosphere. She stares ahead at the ring and begins a slow walk towards it. She pauses from time to time looking around the arena. After a moment, she steps on the apron, and enters the ring through the ropes. Once inside, she runs to the nearest corner, jumps on it, and raises her arms to the cheers of the audience.)
Scotty Mason: She is one of the most popular women's wrestlers today, Roxi Johnson.
Dave Stevens And she's undeserving of this match.
Scotty Mason: Stop it.
Dave Stevens The fix is in Scotty. The fix is in.
(Zelda's theme kicks on as the LoZ remix starts off with smoke filling the entrance ramp. "Call to Action" by Pillar hits now and the strobe lights around the ramp begin flicking on and off as Zelda slowly steps out with her arms stretched out, the music picks up and Zelda sprints to the ring. She hops onto the nearest turnbuckle and plays to the crowd for a bit. When the music dies down, she jumps down and waits for the match to begin.)
Scotty Mason: There's the champion, She's been on a roll lately, but she's got an uphill battle tonight.
Dave Stevens Mercedes has already pinned her once, she'll do it again.
Scotty Mason: Well, we're about to find out.
(The bell sounds as Mercedes immidiately attacks Zelda, pummeling her in the corner with punches and kicks. Roxi hesitates for a moment, then pulls Mercedes off and nails her with a shot to the face, drawing a favorable reaction!)
Dave Stevens See! What did I tell you!
Scotty Mason: It's a triple threat match...
(Roxi then nails Vargas with more shots, then backs her into the corner opposite Zelda. Roxi whips Vargas across to Zelda, who levels Vargas with a clothesline. Zelda starts stomping Vargas, but is quickly rolled up by Roxi 1....2..kickout. Roxi catches Zelda as she's getting up and whips her into the ropes, and catches her with a jumping calf kick. Another cover 1....2. kickout. Vargas at this point is back up and attacks Roxi from behind and and then throws her out of the ring. Roxi lands hard on the floor.)
Scotty Mason: And it would appear that Mercedes really want to beat Zelda here tonight.
Dave Stevens You heard her all week long, she's going to prove something here tonight.
(Vargas has mounted Zelda and is raining down punches for all she's worth. She finally gets off and begins kicking Zelda in the ribs as hard as she can. She then hits the ropes and drives the point of her elbow into the chest of Zelda. Another cover 1....2..kickout by Zelda. Roxi slowly slides back in and Vargas is there to meet her with a stomp to the back. After a couple more, Vargas snapmares Roxi over and delivers a STIFF kick to the back. Roxi rolls around clutching her back as Vargas moves back over to Zelda, who catches her with a forearm to the gut. Then another, then another. Zelda stands and continues to throw punches, then hits the ropes for momentum and dropkicks Mercedes, into Roxi, the two collide and the force takes Roxi out of the ring. Zelda takes advantage and clotheslines Vargas down. A cover 1....2.kickout!)
Scotty Mason: Zelda is now back in the match, and for the time being, it's her and Vargas one on one.
Dave Stevens We'll see how long she lasts until Vargas puts her away.
( Zelda pulls Vargas up to her feet and attempts a suplex. Vargas blocks, ad tries to lift Zelda, but Zelda blocks. Finally Roxi re-enters the ring, and hooks herself in and attempts to suplex BOTH women, but cannot. Vargas breaks out and clubs Roxi in the back and Zelda nails Vargas with a right hand. Roxi responds with a right to Zelda. The three women exchange punches until Vargas pokes Zelda in the eye, and kicks Roxi in the gut. Both Roxi and Zelda stumble around, then Vargas clotheslines them both down. Vargas covers Zelda 1...2..kickout. Undaunted, Vargas covers Roxi 1...2..kickout. Vargas slaps the mat in frustration, then pulls Zelda up. She positions Zelda in the corner, and then grabs Roxi and puts her in the corner with Zelda. Vargas then begins driving her shoulder into both women. After three times, Vargas backs up, and charges and clotheslines both women. Zelda and Roxi crumble to the mat. Vargas takes the time to taunt the fans, drawing boos.)
Scotty Mason: And this is not the time to be doing that. Vargas may be in control right now, but she has to beat both these women to win the title.
(Vargas walks over and picks up Roxi and hooks her for a suplex. She takes her over and floats into the cover 1...2...kickout. Vargas gets up and walks over to Zelda and stomps her a few times before going back over to Roxi and pulling her up. Roxi breaks out and begins firing off right hands galore rocking Vargas, and eventually dropping her. Roxi then charges for a clothesline, but Vargas tilt-a-whirls her into inverted DDT position, Zelda charges, but Vargas boots her in the gut hooks her by the head, and takes BOTH Roxi and Zelda down with a double DDT!)
Dave Stevens Vargas is on a roll!
Scotty Mason: She...really is dominating this match.
Dave Stevens This is what happens when you make her mad.
(Vargas grabs Roxi by the hair and throws her out of the ring. She looks down at Zelda with a lot of fury in her eyes. She roughly pulls Zelda up and wrenches her arm and connects with a spinning kick. A cover 1...2...Zelda kicks out. Frustrated, Vargas again mounts Zelda and begins punching her in the face. After a few shots, referee Kevin Alexander warns her about the closed fists. Vargas argues with him, and when she turns back to Zelda, Zelda nails her with a Contra Code [Codebreaker] out of nowhere!)
Scotty Mason: Zelda's not done yet!
Dave Stevens See, the ref did that on purpose!
Scotty Mason: What? He was warning her about the closed fists.
Dave Stevens The fix is in.
(Zelda slowly gets back to her feet as Vargas slowly rolls out of the ring. Vargas seeks refuse on the floor, but Roxi Johnson is there waiting for her and clotheslines Vargas down. Vargas stumbles up, then Zelda flies off the apron with a Thez press onto her! Zelda continues throwing punches, until Roxi dropkicks her in the back of the head! Zelda falls off and Roxi goes back and picks her up and tosses her into the steel steps! The loud "CLANG" is heard.)
Scotty Mason: Those stairs won that battle.
Dave Stevens You said it.
(Vargas in the mean time has scooted away to the perpendicular side of the ring closest to the announce table. She crawls over, makes sure no one sees her, then snatches the Siren's title...)
Scotty Mason: Wait a minute... what is this about? The match isn't over.
(Roxi in the meantime throws Zelda back into the ring. As she is about to climb back in herself. Vargas comes from behind and clocks her with the title!
Dave Stevens Brilliant move!
Scotty Mason: That was ridiculous.
(Roxi is out on the floor as Vargas drops the title near her. Vargas slides in as Zelda makes it back up. Vargas comes in for a clothesline, but Zelda ducks. Zelda nails Vargas with a few right hands, then hooks her for a DDT. Zelda backs up into the corner looking for a tornado DDT, but Vargas blocks. Vargas then nails Zelda in the gut, then sends her flying across the ring with an alley-oop that has Zelda land FACE-FIRST on the mat!)
Dave Stevens What a great move.
Scotty Mason: That was a sick landing.
(Zelda gets to her feet, clutching her stomach, Vargas picks up Zelda onto her shoulders than PLANTS her with the Black Rose Overdrive! [Reverse DVD] Vargas covers hooking both legs 1...2....3!)
Dave Stevens SHE DID IT!
Scotty Mason: Mercedes Vargas has just pinned Zelda Knite! Zelda Knite has been eliminated!
(Vargas raises off of Zelda who is then helped out of the ring by the official. Vargas pumps her first and makes a "shoo" motion in Zelda's direction.)
Dave Stevens SHE SHOULD BE THE CHAMPION!
Scotty Mason: She has to pin Roxi to become champion.
Dave Stevens Exactly what I was saying, if this were one on one, like it was supposed to be, Mercedes would be champion right now!
Scotty Mason: Well, it may be a forgone conclusion right now. Roxi has been knocked out and she's still laying on the floor.
(Vargas looks around and notices Roxi still laid out on the floor. She calmly walks outside, and picks up Roxi's almost lifeless form. She then rolls her into the ring and follows behind her. Mercedes arrogantly covers Roxi laying across her shoulders 1....2...3KICKOUT! The fans explode as Roxi shows signs of life. The now-infuriated Vargas mounts Roxi and throws several punches in anger. Finally, she gets off and roughly pulls an almost limp Roxi up. She whips Roxi into the ropes, looking for a clothesline, but Roxi ducks. On the rebound, BOTH women nail each other with a clothesline. Both are down.)
Dave Stevens C'mon Mercedes...see...this another miscarriage of justice, Scotty.
Scotty Mason: Nonsense. Mercedes tried to cheat her way to the title, and it didn't work...yet...
( Kevin Alexander counts 1.....2......3.....4.....5......6.....7......8 Vargas stirs, she gets up to her feet as Roxi slowly makes it to her knees. Vargas, a little bit groggy, walks over and tries a wide right hand, that Roxi blocks and nails her with a punch of her own. Vargas tries again, and it's blocked and returned to her. Then Roxi fires off 5 rights of her own. She backs Vargas into the ropes, whips her in, and connects with a backdrop on the rebound. Roxi starts feeling it as Vargas stands and gets nailed by a clothesline, then another as she stands again. Vargas stumbles around, but then pokes Roxi in the eye, stopping her momentum. Vargas then whips Roxi into the ropes, and ducks down for a backdrop of her own, but Roxi stops, pulls Vargas between her legs, lifts her, hooks her arms, and DRIVES her into the mat with the Hero of the Day [Styles Clash] Roxi is worn out from the move, so she doesn't cover right away. Vargas starts rolling towards the closest apron, but Roxi manages to cover before she makes it. 1.....2....3FOOT ON THE ROPE!)
Dave Stevens NO! HER FOOT IS ON THE ROPES!
Scotty Mason: ROXI WAS SO CLOSE!
Dave Stevens What ring presence by Mercedes Vargas, she saved herself with that one.
(Roxi slowly regains her feet, and waits on Vargas, who slowly gets up. Roxi grabs her and slams her on the mat in the middle of the ring, Roxi then hits the ropes, springboards, looking for the Reality Bites [Lionsault] but Vargas GETS HER KNEES UP!)
Dave Stevens YES!
Scotty Mason: Roxi wanted it all there, but got nothing but knees!
(Roxi rolls around clutching her stomach as Vargas tries to clear the cobwebs. She slowly gets to her feet in the corner, still shaking it loose. Roxi slowly gets up, and that's when Vargas strikes out of nowhere with the Be Still My Heart! [Superkick] Roxi goes down in a heap, and Vargas falls as well. Vargas however, is able to keep it together long enough to slowly drape an arm over 1.....2....3NO! Roxi rolls the shoulder!)
Dave Stevens WHAT? HOW?!
Scotty Mason: Roxi will not stay down!
(Vargas angrily stomps Roxi then motions to the fans that the match is over. She pulls Roxi up, and slips behind her, she lifts Roxi off the mat, holding her in position for the Black Rose Overdrive. [Reverse DVD] Roxi springs to life and starts kneeing Mercedes in the head, and manages to roll off her back. Roxi has trouble gaining her balance, allowing Mercedes to stop her with a knee. Vargas then whips Roxi into the corner, but Roxi walks up the ropes, and catches Vargas coming in with the Ray of Hope! Roxi crawls into the cover 1....2.....3!)
Dave Stevens NO! THIS IS A TRAVESTY!
Scotty Mason: ROXI JOHNSON HAS DONE IT! WE HAVE A NEW SIREN'S CHAMPION!
Dave Stevens THIS IS A CROCK! SHE WASN'T EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE MATCH!
Scotty Mason: ROXI JOHNSON HAS SHOCKED MERCEDES VARGAS, AND BECOME THE NEW SIREN'S CHAMPION!
("Everyday Superhero" plays over the PA as Roxi slowly gets to her feet and has her hand raised. She then goes outside the ring where Mercedes dropped the title, and picks it up, holding it up for all to see as she makes her way up the ramp, kissing the title.)
Scotty Mason: What an unbelieveable win for Roxi Johnson, as you said Dave, she snuck in the back door, and now, she's won the Siren's title.
Dave Stevens This....This is the darkest day in women's wrestling Scotty Mason. Mercedes Vargas pinned the Siren's champion, right in the middle of the ring, and yet, Roxi Johnson, who got into this match by complete fluke, is now the champion....This is an injustice that must be rectified.
Scotty Mason: Well I don't know about that, but what I do know, is that...coming up next, the CPW World title, is on the line....
